Dear Parents,
We are very excited
to be in to the city of Burke, where the
importance of family and children very much parallel the ideals
of My Gym Children's Fitness Center.
There are My Gyms
located in many cities throughout the United States. Our innovative,
non-competitive gymnastics and movement program is packed
with fun age-appropriate ingredients which make My Gym the
very best place for your children.

Each My Gym class contains
gymnastics skills (tumbling, balancing, hanging, agility), games,
relays, sports, manipulative skills, stretching and special rides.

Our younger classes,
also include songs, dances, swings, toys and what we call
"My Gym Adventures".
Our philosophy
at My Gym is to create a family atmosphere of love and understanding
so that your children can gain the skill and self-confidence
necessary as they grow into young adults.
There are many
other aspects of our gym which we are sure you will be curious
about. Feel free to ask us anything; we are here for you and
your family.

Gym have a great love for children and have experience working with
them which go back many years. We are very excited to bring the
My Gym program to the Burke area. Our staff here
